INSET classes are participatory and should be offered to small groups to maximize impact on teacher and school leader quality. It could be organized at the school-based INSET, division/district level, or cluster-based INSET.

One cool thing about poly track that you might not expect is that you can build your own track. There's no need to draw overly elaborate designs;
