In Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 52, signed on June 4, 2024, by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, Malacañang orders all national government bodies, including government-owned or -controlled corporations (GOCCs) and educational institutions, to incorporate the recital of the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn and Pledge into their weekly flag ceremonies.
