The Department of Education (DepEd) has released the revised version of School Form 10 (SF10) for the End of School Year (EOSY) 2024–2025. This updated form aims to streamline the documentation of learner progress, academic records, and other relevant information essential for student transfers and school administration specifically under the MATATAG Curriculum.
The SF10, commonly known as the Learner’s Permanent Academic Record, serves as a comprehensive record of a student’s educational journey from Grade 1 to Grade 12.
