GUIDANCE AND CLARIFICATIONS ON THE SF10 FOR EOSY 2024-2025

In a memorandum dated 28 March 2025, the Department of Education (DepEd) issued updated guidance on the implementation of revised School Forms 9 and 10 for the End of School Year (EOSY) 2024-2025. The issuance is directed to all concerned education officials and institutions, including regional directors, school heads, and both public and private schools.

The memorandum clarifies the reporting process for learners’ academic progress, particularly in line with the implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum as stated in DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2024. The MATATAG Curriculum, which is being phased in for Grades 1, 4, and 7, includes changes in learning areas that need to be reflected in learners' report cards (School Form 9) and permanent records (School Form 10).
